FLNa抗原；絲蛋白Aα(FLNa)重組蛋白多種屬 是應用了重組DNA或重組RNA的技術(shù)從而獲得的蛋白質(zhì)。體外重組蛋白的生產(chǎn)主要包括四大系統(tǒng):原核蛋白表達，哺乳動物細胞蛋白表達，酵母蛋白表達及昆蟲細胞蛋白表達。生產(chǎn)的蛋白在活性和應用方法方面均有所不同。根據(jù)自身的下游運用選擇合適的蛋白表達系統(tǒng)，提高表達成功率。

[ USAGE ]

Reconstitute in 10mM PBS (pH7.4) to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Do not vortex.

[ STORAGE AND STABILITY ]

Storage: Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

             Store at 2-8°Cfor one month.

             Aliquot and store at -80°Cfor 12 months.

Stability Test: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
