MTSY-27型氙弧燈耐氣候試驗(yàn)箱是以氙燈為光源，模擬和強(qiáng)化耐候性加速光老化的試驗(yàn)設(shè)備，以快速獲得近大氣老化的試驗(yàn)結(jié)果，用來(lái)評(píng)價(jià)材料的耐候性。耐候試驗(yàn)是科研生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中篩選配方優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品組成的重要手段，也是產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)的項(xiàng)重要內(nèi)容應(yīng)用材料如涂料、塑料等產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)均要求做耐候性試驗(yàn)。

造成材料老化的主要因素是陽(yáng)光和潮濕。耐候試驗(yàn)箱可以模擬由陽(yáng)光、雨水和露水造成的危害。耐候試驗(yàn)箱利用氙燈模擬陽(yáng)光照射的效果，利用冷凝濕氣模擬雨水和露水，被測(cè)材料放置在定溫度下的光照和潮氣交替的循環(huán)程序中進(jìn)行測(cè)試，用數(shù)天或數(shù)周的時(shí)間即可重現(xiàn)戶外數(shù)月乃至數(shù)年出現(xiàn)的危害。人工加速老化試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)可以幫助選擇新材料，改造現(xiàn)有材料，以及評(píng)價(jià)配方的變化是如何影響產(chǎn)品的耐久性的。

風(fēng)冷式氙燈耐氣候試驗(yàn)箱采用長(zhǎng)軸風(fēng)扇電機(jī)，耐高低溫之不銹鋼多冀式葉輪，以達(dá)到強(qiáng)度對(duì)流垂直擴(kuò)散循環(huán)。機(jī)械底部采用高品質(zhì)可固定式PU活動(dòng)輪。觀察窗采用多層中空鋼化玻璃。
產(chǎn)品功能Mtsy-27 xenon arc lamp weathering test chamber is a xenon lamp as the light source, simulating ａnd strengthening weathering accelerated light aging test equipment, in order to quickly obtain near atmospheric aging test results, used to evaluate the weathering resistance of materials. Weathering test is an important means of screening formula ａnd optimizing product composition in the process of scientific research ａnd production, ａnd it is also an important content of product quality inspection.
The main factors causing material aging are sunlight ａnd humidity. The weathering test chamber can simulate the hazards caused by sunlight, rain ａnd dew. In the weathering test chamber, xenon lamp is used to simulate the effect of sunlight, ａnd condensed moisture is used to simulate rain ａnd dew. The tested materials are placed in the cycle program of alternating light ａnd moisture at a certain temperature for testing, ａnd the outdoor hazards for months or even years can be reproduced in a few days or weeks. Artificial accelerated aging test data can help to ｓelect new materials, modify existing materials, ａnd evaluate how formula changes affect product durability.
The air-cooled xenon lamp weatherproof test chamber adopts long axis fan motor, high ａnd low temperature resistant stainless steel multi vane impeller, so as to achieve strong convection vertical diffusion cycle. The bottom of the machine adopts high-quality Pu movable wheel. The observation window is made of multi-layer hollow tempered glass.
